Enquiries and Orders

The SteppingStage is not a standalone device. It requires compatible software to control it in order to function. It can be purchased as part of a PETROG installation or with the simple point-counting application PetrogLite.

* The SteppingStage is mounted on to the microscope using a series of holes on the rotary stage. These holes vary with the microscope make and model. As part of the ordering process we will e-mail you a file containing a template to confirm the layout of the holes on your stage

If you have any enquiries about PetrogLite, or would like a quote or to place and order for the SteppingStage with PetrogLite then please send us an e-mail with the following information.


Prices of PetrogLite vary depending on licence, configuration and hardware options. We therefore request that you e-mail us for a quotation with as much of the following information as you can provide.



Please note that the PetrogLite application does not have many of the features of the PETROG application. We advise you to consider purchasing PETROG in place of PetrogLite.


We aim to acknowledge e-mails within 24 hours, or 48 hours outside normal UK office hours. If you do not get an acknowledgement within 3 days then please try contacting us again in case your e-mail has not arrived, and request a read receipt.

Quotations will be in UK pounds sterling. Quotations in Euro or US dollars are available on request.

Unless explicitly stated all quoted prices exclude local sales taxes, packing & shipping and any import duties; these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
