Various fixes relating to management of Area of Interest (AoI) when switching between samples or creating new ones - in some cases the correct AoI was not being applied and/or the information displayed in the main window was not being updated
Improvements to display of half-moon AoI shape when setting AoI
Logging files that contain skips were in some cases incorrectly reporting errors when exiting logging - this has now been fixed for all values of "num. key-presses per point" (see Logging Options).
