Cameras

Olympus DP: suppression of error relating to acquisition of the maximum width and height of the live image, when this is called prior to the necessary information having been retrieved from the registry.

Bug fixes

Compositional data: fixes for some cases where observed and/or edited quantities were being included in totals/sums when these were actually missing values; fix for display of "Class level 2" information which was incorrectly displaying "Item level 2" instead.

Collecting images for stitching: messaging relating to what the stage is doing if the Preview option has been used prior to starting to collect images; force the Close button to be enabled after images have successfully been collected, as this was not enabled if the Pause option has been used during collection.

Stitching - fix for issue arising when stitching collected images, due to recent changes for management of the thumbnail image displayed in the overview window when working with imported whole slide images.

Reporting - various fixes relating to locale-based decimal separator.

Ternary diagrams - bug fixes in code used to determine whether the user has clicked near a vertex of the ternary diagram, in order bring up the option to display information about the Compound item being used at that vertex.

Saving images - options relating to crosshairs (e.g. should they be burned on to the image) now apply to textural images as well as those saved during compositional logging.

Compound items - fix for message related to trace items being displayed incorrectly when creating a Compound item.

XRD Comparison - was switching to "by weight" incorrectly when changing sample, now fixed.
