Enquiries and Orders

Prices of PETROG vary depending on licence, configuration and hardware options. We therefore request that you email us for a quotation with as much of the following information as you can provide.

• Your contact details and the location where you require PETROG
• Which camera configuration you would like to use
• The microscope make and model for configuring* a stepping stage
• Any additional services you may require
• Please ensure that your computer meets the system requirements
• Academic discounts are available for non-commercial use, let us know if you think you may qualify

We aim to acknowledge e-mails within 24 hours, or 48 hours outside normal UK office hours, if you do not get an acknowledgement within 3 days then please try contacting us again in case your e-mail has not arrived, and request a read receipt.

* The stepping stage is mounted on to the microscope stepping stage into a series of holes on the rotary stage. These holes vary with the microscope make and model. As part of the ordering process we will e-mail you a file containing a template to confirm the layout of the holes on your stage
